About Fizoya

Fizoya is the AI employee for physiotherapy clinics in India. One product, one job: run the front desk on WhatsApp so the physiotherapist can stay with the patient on the table.

We built Fizo after watching the same thing in clinic after clinic: a good physiotherapist, a full day of sessions, and a phone nobody can answer at 9 pm or mid-session. The patient who gets no reply books elsewhere. The 10-session package stalls at session four because nobody reminded, nobody counted and nobody offered the next block.

Fizo does the messaging and the chasing, inside rules the clinic sets. Prices come from your rate card, slots from your real calendar, advances go to your own UPI, the package count comes from what your staff mark Done, and anything clinical goes to a person. Every message is logged, every patient's data stays in India, and you get the day's numbers every night at 9.

Fizoya is made in Hyderabad by a registered Indian private limited company (details in our Terms), with GST invoices, Indian support hours and a price that stays fixed for two years.

Who we are

Fizoya is a product of Javita Consultancy Private Limited, an Indian company founded in 2022 by Bala Kishore Badita, an engineer with 15 years of enterprise software delivery across India, the Gulf, Africa and Europe. Fizoya is built in India for Indian physiotherapy clinics, together with its sister products for other clinic types from the makers of Tejoya.

What we believe

• A clinic's front desk should never sleep, but a person should always be one tap away.
• Money belongs to the clinic: patients pay the clinic's own UPI, never us.
• Clinical questions belong to your doctors. Fizo never gives clinical advice.
• Rules, not AI, decide prices, dates, slots and balances. The AI only reads and drafts.
• Every message and every action is logged, so the owner always knows what happened.
