Data deletion

Last updated: 15 October 2026

You can ask for your personal data to be deleted from Fizoya at any time. Fizoya is run by Javita Consultancy Private Limited.

If you are a patient who chatted with a clinic on WhatsApp

1. To stop messages, reply STOP in the chat. We record your opt-out and the clinic's Fizo will not message you again.
2. To delete your data, ask your clinic, or email privacy@fizoya.com with the clinic's name and your WhatsApp number. Write “Delete my data” in the subject.
3. We will confirm the request with you and the clinic, delete your data from Fizoya within 30 days, and tell you when it is done.
4. The clinic may need to keep some records, such as bills, because the law requires it. We will tell you if that applies.

If you are a clinic using Fizoya

1. Email privacy@fizoya.com from your registered email address, or WhatsApp us on +91 87122 87999.
